What is the best thing that a person can do for himself,  remember whatever you did or did not do in your life, it is not about being successful or not and winning or losing it is not about what you are, what you are not, and it has nothing to do with these things at all,

The important thing is whether you can make yourself capable of loving yourself,  in fact this is the most important thing, have you made yourself in such a way that you can spend time with yourself and you like spending time with yourself, 

have you been able to make yourself such or have you ever tried to make yourself such that you love yourself, your mind or Character too, why not make the mind in such a way that when you are upset it can give you positivity, it will help you, Anyone can program their brain this way, 

So why don’t you do it.

what people are doing with their mind, with their brain, they are not able to make themselves in such a way that they can make themselves positive or their mind can give them positivity and this is the reason why they easily become a victim of anxiety and depression, 

In reality many things will come and go, you will always be with yourself and will remain so, 

so why not make yourself in such a way that you can love yourself, why not make yourself in such a way For yourself that when you come to yourself after losing, you are there for yourself,  to move yourself forward, 

why not make an effort to make yourself in such a way that you enjoy spending time with yourself, with your mind, when you get broken by efforts then you can come to yourself and you can build yourself in such a way that you encourage yourself, 

and until a person can not love himself and cannot make himself so capable that he can love himself, then how can he expect others to love him, ask yourself the question that you are capable of loving yourself.

 Just like we remember the good times spent with others, if you love yourself you will remember the time spent with yourself, your own mind. Because you always know yourself best, Can you love someone who would help you and your family fulfill their dreams? Of course you would. That person is you.
